The Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers
du Québec (OIIQ) Web site was designed
in French, as all nurses practising in Quebec,
like all members of any other professional
order, must have good command of the French
language. The information it provides is
intended for its members and the general
population of the province. However, the
OIIQ has made parts of its Web site available
in English, among other things to enable
nurses outside Quebec and Canada who wish
to know more about practising in Quebec to
obtain relevant information.
