The TNP is a mandatory documentation standard for OIIQ members. To integrate this standard into its professional inspection activities, the Nursing Practice Supervision Office has developed a verification tool for TNP documentation.

Based on various indicators, this tool is also intended to help introduce and integrate the TNP in health care settings and educational institutions. It complements the other tools available on the OIIQ Website and is intended to support nurses in learning about the TNP and integrating it in their practice.
