If you are dissatisfied with how your request relative to your admission process was handled, the Commissioner for Admission to Professions can help you.
Before taking this step, please contact the relevant team at one of the following email addresses :
If you are on the equivalence track, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are on the Quebec student or candidate for the profession of nursing (CPN) track, email us at email@example.com.
If you remain dissatisfied, you can file a complaint with an independent government entity: the Commissioner for Admission to Professions.
- examine any complaint about admission to a profession;
- monitor the operation of any process or activity relating to admission to a profession.
The Commissioner analyzes whether your file was handled fairly, objectively, transparently, consistently and efficiently. After inquiry and analysis, the Commissioner can propose solutions and recommend that we look at your file again.
